Refund Policy

 

 

Cancellations and Amendments Policy 

Effective 11/09/2025

I understand that sometimes plans change, and I aim to be as flexible as possible while respecting the time and commitment involved in tutoring.

​

Cancellations

  • You can cancel a live tutoring session by giving at least one full working day's notice (24 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). In this case, I’ll provide a full refund of the session fee.

  • If you give less than one working day's notice, the session will be treated as a late cancellation, and no refund will be given.

Amendments (Rescheduling)

  • You’re welcome to reschedule a session once for free, as long as we can find a mutually available time.

  • If there’s no matching availability and you’ve given at least one working day's notice, I’ll issue a full refund.

  • If there’s no suitable time and you’ve given less than one working day's notice, the session will be treated as a late cancellation, and no refund will be given.

  • Any amendments over the one allowed will be chargeable again at the original rate.

Mock Exam Bookings/Downloads

  • Once mock exam materials have been sent, the full value of the booking is considered delivered, and no refunds will be issued if you change your mind or decide not to complete the exam.

  • Please ensure you are happy to proceed before accessing/requesting materials, as this policy is in place to protect the integrity and value of the content provided.​

Lateness (inc. leading to cancellation)

  • If you are late to a booked session, the time missed will be forfeited and no refunds will be made for time lost because of late attendance pursuant to the above.

  • If 15 minutes has passed the scheduled time to start and you are not in attendance, this session will be counted as missed and classed as a late cancellation; no refund will be given as outlined above.
