Luke's Mission

At LCPM Tutoring, I specialise in project management education to equip individuals with practical skills and knowledge essential for success. The customised tutoring approach provides tailored guidance, resources, and support, fostering a deep understanding of methodologies and best practices. I believe that empowering students leads to successful future leaders in project management.

Whether you are studying towards an exam and need to understand how your world applies; to maximise your chances of success, or you're just starting out, at LCPM no two journey's are ever planned the same!

​

LCPM is not a 'training provider' for any specific exam board or body, nor do I intend to try to be, or to replace. LCPM offers one-to-one tutoring, teaching and formative assessment to compliment your progress at a more competitive price.

If you are studying towards your exam, the tutoring is moulded to either APM or PRINCE2 methodologies, and a structured approach is given to enable your success! Built on a foundation of real-world application, retention of knowledge is a key focus throughout!

One-to-one tutor sessions are bookable on an evening and weekend basis, to fit in with your busy work (and life) schedule!​

Hello!

 

I set up LCPM Tutoring to bring together my passion for education and my background in project and BAU management. Over the years, I’ve worked across retail, finance, and education, gaining extensive experience in managing people, projects, and performance in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

​

These days, I primarily work as a Project Management Coach, helping individuals build capability and confidence in delivering projects effectively as well as enabling achievement of PM qualifications in a further education setting.

​

I hold several key qualifications, including:

​

  • PRINCE2® Practitioner

  • APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ)

  • Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement

​

I take a practical, learner-focused approach to tutoring and coaching. My aim is always to make project management accessible, relevant, and engaging, whether you're working towards a qualification, looking to enhance your skills, or stepping into a project role for the first time.
